Pre-game Thoughts

It has been a rollercoaster ride for the Presidential candidates in 2012; from Trump teasing America on his presidential bid, to Herman Cain actually thinking the media wouldn't dig up his past.

As of this moment, December 7th, Newt Gingrich leads Gallup Polls - Gingrich 37%, Romney 22%. The following weeks will fairly cut throat going into Iowa, so expect candidates gloves to come off.

Funny comments around the web

on the CBS Early Show on Tuesday Bachmann told Erica Hill and Chris Wragge that she is concerned about Trump's objectivity, because "he said he's already leaning towards a candidate."

NationalJournal.com user comment - "Michele Bachmann doesn't have the same concern about Glenn Beck "leaning towards a candidate" - she frequently is on Beck's radio show. I guess the difference is Bachmann claims Beck has endorsed her...so he must be leaning the way she wants."

"I can't stand Trump after the stunt he pulled earlier this year -- will he run? won't he run? watch Celebrity Apprentice! -- but since when is "publicity" a bad thing for a politician vying for candidacy? I myself was looking forward to this one -- Trump, flaky as he is, PROBABLY WILL ASK SOME SINCERE AND RELEVANT QUESTIONS rather than the horrendous boiled-down liberal-agendist crap we've been getting from the sellout media and their pantywaist sissified moderators. Romney seems to be trying has damnedest to become invisible even as he now trails Gingrich."
